What makes something appear in this?

All critical dates records for your centre will appear in this list for searching purposes

These are normally as a result of someone having created an action under a CLASS Service with an Action Type that is associated with creating a Critical Date such as “Critical Date” or “Limitation Date” these send Calendar files but also are stored here as you can’t search for individual actions in CLASS barring these particular ones.
