Creating an Action

Actions are tasks performed in providing a Service. eg. Appointments, court appearances, communications etc.

They can be accessed via the ACTIONS tab on the Services details screen shown below.

Creating an Action

Step 1. Actions are created within newly created services or after searching for a service and then opening it.


Step 2. Click on the Actions Tab indicated below.

Step 3. Click on New to create an Action. (The Action tab lists any actions for this service.) 

Step 5. Complete the field options. See the example below for court attendance.

Fields displayed will depend on the Action type selected in Step 3.

Step 4. Click on Action Type to select it from the list. This is demonstrated in the image below.

Your choice of action type will determine what fields are displayed for data entry.
