Notes

The following should be considered when analysing this report.

  • This report is a service count. There may be multiple services per client relevant in this report.
  • This report reports on services with problem types mapped to Child Support, as seen below in “Map Type.”
  • Selecting one or multiple problem types in relation to child support will make “Problem Type Details” fields appear. When “child support declaration” and “paternity” were selected as Problem Type, CLASS automatically created Problem Type Details, as seen below.

Stage of Service field can be traced back to “Child Support” in S16 report.

Parent Type field cam be traced back to “Parent Type” in S16 report.

Note that the definition / formula of No. of Services Requiring DNA Testing in S16 is: Services WHERE Service Problem Type Map Type = Child Support AND Problem Type is DNA Testing. This means that if “DNA testing” is selected as one of the problem types, only this selection will affect the number of “No. of Services Requiring DNA Testing” in the report. Ticking the “DNA Test Required” box will not affect the aforementioned field in the report. Because the formula does not mention anything about “DNA Test Required” box, ticking this box will not count towards for reporting purposes.

Refer to the Data Consistency Guide for definitions of Service types such as Discrete Services, Ongoing Services and Community Projects.
