  • This report is a service count. There may be multiple services per client relevant in this report.
  • The report is wide lengthwise, and an attempt to print out a PDF file of this report will result in the report being cut in A4 sized printing paper. It is better to export the file into an Excel spread and print out the data needed in different sections.
