1. Reminders

This is the “Show Reminders” Screen from CLSIS. The RED numbers on the screenshot below indicate each of the CLSIS fields, which are documented in the table that follows along with their equivalent CLASS fields.

Most of these general functions and fields now correspond to the ‘Critical Dates’ functions in CLASS, and in particular the ‘Search Critical Dates’ CLASS menu item. Find out more over at:

Case ID

Search Critical Dates

Service ID can also be found on each Service

Service ID

Note Name change. 
Service ID now has the prefix ‘S’. So Case ID 456 will now be Service ID S456

Client ID

Client ID can also be found on each Client

Client ID

Client ID now has the prefix C. Client ID 383 will now be C383.

Name

Search Critical Dates

First Name, Last Name, Other Name

‘Other name’ field is a combined other name, nickname, or middle name field.

File No

Service > Service details tab > ‘Archive’ Group

File Number

Appears in the Services page itself in the Archive group. This field remains designed for numbering corresponding physical files.

Limitation Date

Date

A limitation date is one type of ‘critical date’ and the main due ‘Date’ caters to any type. A second Reminder Date can also be set earlier.

Critical Issue is now covered by the Critical Date ‘Type’ with further information in ‘Details’ found by clicking through the linkable ‘Type’ field option.

Worker Name

Search Critical Dates> Critical Date Details

Assignee

Assignee is the worker(s) currently assigned to this service. They will get the Critical date in their list.

Open Date

Critical Date Details > Service details (via Service / Project link)

Open Date or Date of Service

Appears on the Services page itself. Open Date field for ongoing services, Date of Service for discrete one off services.
