Non-clients refer to those who have not received individualised legal advice based on unique facts of their cases. They are usually individuals who received general legal information or referral to another service provider. They also may be those parked in Triage who have yet to receive legal advice.
Under CLASS, the database now includes “Non-Clients” in the sub-menu. Clicking on Non-Clients will reveal a search engine that resembles “Conflict Check” and “Search Clients.” Clicking on “Show All” button will reveal all Non-Clients who received information, referral or triage service. The user may further narrow down the search using the filter columns.
