It was decided early in the CLASS scoping process to NOT include Survey functions, primarily as there are widely used alternate options available such as Survey Monkey.
If, however it would be seen as useful to return Surveys into CLASS, this can be considered and would not be a particularly difficult feature to add in later versions.
