This report provides a summary of data entry performed in a centre in a selected month from a financial year. It includes:
In other words this report can check to see how timely data is being entered into CLASS.
This is a Standard report so once loaded, cannot be further edited or changed.
The report is broken down by the list of Service Types, as per the National Legal Assistance Data Standards.
To Create this report, three parameters require filling out, these are shown in the graphic below in the blue boxes.
That is, Financial Year, Reporting Month, and Funding Category.
Funding Categories can individually selected or deselected, or all funding categories may be selected by ticking the top box from the dropdown.
The Graphic above has several notable features.
Under the heading ‘Filters’ near the top of the report, we can see the parameters selected, that is the Financial Year and the Reporting Month. selected. There is also the full list of Funding Categories selected. ‘States’ and ‘Centres’ are only relevant for State Program Managers. ‘Centres’ should only display the name of your centre, when viewing from your Centre Admin account.
Along the left had axis will list your Centre Name.
Along the Top Axis are several columns, beginning with the dates, that is:
