There are three types of Accountability reports; basic, intermediate and advanced.
Basic
In these reports there are two tabs; Basic Details and Documents. Fill in the basic details tab, and submit your report by uploading documents in the documents tab.
Intermediate
These reports add a third tab. In the screenshot below we can see the “Annual Targets” tab, where figures can be entered.
Advanced
These reports have five tabs. The “Basic Details” and “Documents” tabs, as well as “Reports”, “Other Incomes”, and “Consolidated”.
Reports Tab
Use the “Funding Category” field to select a funding category, then enter figures for it.
Other Incomes Tab
Click “New” to enter other incomes to the report.
Consolidated Tab
The only functionality you have here is to print. This tab will calculate your figures for you.
