Administrators Only
The Admin Manual is for centre-nominated CLASS Admins. This manual is not for standard day-to-day use of CLASS. Administrator permissions are required for this role.
It is recommended that Centre Administrators have a strong understanding of basic CLASS functions as set out within the User Manual.
Each centre needs a CLASS Administrator to configure settings for that centre. This involves configuring the initial centre settings as well as the ongoing management of workers and users accounts.
This section of the guide outlines this role. It draws largely upon other sections of the guide to provide a checklist of responsibilities for the Centre Administrator. ie you will find most of the admin functions in the Systems Settings and Tools menus in CLASS.
The Centre administrator account requires extra permissions. Some items in CLASS menus are visible to Centre Administrators but not general users.
