CLASS Training Schedule

   

The following sessions for CLASS training are currently scheduled. Registration for these sessions will open soon.

We invite you to join our special one-off CLASS training session on Thursday 17 February, 2022 at 2pm - 3:30pm AEDT.

We listened to feedback from you and made changes to CLASS based on them. We'll be introducing the new package of updates to the user experience (UX) of CLASS.

This session will run for approximately 1.5 hours (although we aren't really sure, it could be less).

There are nine changes to cover, some of them having multiple moving parts.

We invite you to join our training session for CLASS reports on May 31, at 2pm AEST. This session is ideal for CLASS admins and others responsible for running reports. We'll go over the three different types of reports in CLASS, and give you a crash course in all three.

The session will run for 90 minutes.

- Standard reports
- Drilldown reports
- DIY reports
- Extra functionality
- Documentation
- Getting help

We invite you to join our training session for CLASS standard reports on June 7, at 2pm AEST. This session is ideal for CLASS admins and others responsible for running reports. We'll go over the standard reports in more details than the reports overview session.

The session will run for 90 minutes. 

We'll cover:  

- Counts of clients
- Counts of services
- Counts for NLAP reporting
- How to tell stories with data
- Heatmapping, printing and exporting
- Documentation
- Getting help

We invite you to join our training session for CLASS reports on June 14, at 2pm AEST. This session is ideal for CLASS admins and others responsible for running reports. We'll dive deeper into the drilldown and DIY reports, to help you get data that the other reports can't get for you.

We invite you to join our training session for accountability on June 21, at 2pm AEST. This session is ideal for CLASS admins and others responsible for accountability. We'll focus on the accountability process from the viewpoint of a Centre, however Program Managers are always welcome to contact us for training on the process from their viewpoint.
