1. From the CLASS Training Calendar, click on the session you are planning to attend. Clicking on the relevant session will reveal a box containing more information on the session. Click on the link inside the box.
2. The link will take you to the Redback registration page. Click “no” to the question: “Are you registered for this event?”
3. Fill in relevant details on the Registration page and you will receive a confirmation email. You will also get reminder emails before the event starts.
4. Once registered, you will receive an email. Click “Please click here” and then enter the email address you registered with.
5. This time, click “Yes” to the question: “Are you registered for this event?” If the event has started (around 10-15 minutes before the start time), you can join the training with your registered email address.
Redback is a web-based platform and attendees do not need to install anything aside from checking whether the right versions of Flash, Javascript and browser are being used; the email sent upon registration will guide the user to test such items before the start of the session. Also please ensure your speakers and/or microphone are in the correct settings to ensure effective delivery of the training.
