Purpose: This report is designed for State Program Managers (SPM). It tells these SPM’s what percentage of centres that report to them have submitted accountability reports. There is also a percentage of the number of centres whose accountability reports have been approved.
The number of centres who have an outstanding report is also displayed. A report is outstanding if the due date set for the report has passed, but the report has not yet been submitted by the centre, or the submitted report was not approved by the SPM and no corrected report has been submitted. Reports will not be counted if the centre has been allowed an extension by the SPM, in which case it will appear under the count for “Current Ext but not submitted”.
Centres have the ability to choose which Funding Body’s accountability reports to see.
The financial year that is selected in the filter will be the “First Year”. The following financial years will be “Second” and “Third Year”.
