This position works within the Education Team to develop and deliver tailored, ongoing and scaffolded education and professional development and support to frontline staff within partner services to identify and respond to disclosures of domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV) and child sexual abuse (CSA); The position contributes significantly to design, development and the provision of secondary consultation support to partner primary health services in relation to identification of DFSV and CSA, risk assessment and risk management, including supporting partner services to develop tailored immediate safety plans and facilitate access to/referrals to ongoing support within CAWLS, and other appropriate organisations.
The position includes the provision of outreach services to partner organisations, some clients and involvement in community development and awareness raising activities.
