Expressions of interest are being sought from experienced Criminal Trial Advocates for various ALS positions in NSW. This recruitment will be used to create an eligibility list to fill vacancies arising across all ALS offices state-wide over the next 12 months. The Aboriginal Legal Service is offering an exciting opportunity to act as a Trial Advocate in the more complex and difficult criminal cases and demonstrate high quality preparation and legal research. This role would suit an experienced Criminal Lawyer, ready to provide mentorship to others regarding law, advocacy and procedure, and assist them in the preparation of their cases, whilst also actively practising for our clients.
