
Aboriginal Family Legal Services is looking for solicitors who are passionate and committed to working in a dynamic and diverse holistic legal service, working with clients, communities and families affected by family violence. The centre represents families and victims in various areas of law, including family law, family violence restraining orders, child protection matters and criminal injuries compensation. This role would suit someone who is passionate about social justice and working in the community, has strong legal and communication skills, is able to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders and clients and can provide good, sound legal and practical advice. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of cases, including duty lawyer services, shuttle conferencing services and delivering community legal education.
