Senior Solicitor – Criminal Law Practice – Legal Aid NT – Darwin NT

You are an experienced Senior Solicitor with high level knowledge and experience in criminal law practice and procedures, including well developed advocacy skills. You will have experience in the conduct of contested matters and have demonstrated ability to deliver high quality complex legal advice, assistance, and representation in a range of criminal law matters and undertake related advocacy, policy, and law reform work. Crucial in your success in this role is your high level interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to liaise and communicate effectively with staff, external stakeholders, and clients with complex needs and from diverse backgrounds.
