As People and Culture Lead, you will play a central role in shaping and supporting the Federation’s people and culture function. This standalone role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment, enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Reporting to the Director of Member Excellence, People and Operations, you will lead and deliver all people operations activities (such as recruitment and onboarding, employment contracts and the preparation of fortnightly payroll), while advancing strategic people goals and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture. You’ll work across all elements of the people and culture function, including delivering organisational culture initiatives, workforce planning and recruitment, drafting and reviewing policies to meet compliance and governance obligations, supporting wellbeing and implementing effective performance and development processes.
