Lead a trauma-informed legal practice supporting women experiencing family violence. Mentor and supervise a small team of community lawyers and paralegals within Eastern Community Legal Centre’s integrated, multidisciplinary model. Part-time (0.6 FTE) with flexible hybrid working. ECLC delivers holistic legal, family violence and social support services across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, with a strong, values-driven culture and attractive staff benefits, including additional leave and wellbeing initiatives. You will hold (or be eligible for) an unrestricted practising certificate in Victoria, have at least five years’ family law litigation experience and lead with empathy, collaboration and a commitment to social justice.
If you want to apply your family law experience to lead and mentor a dedicated team supporting women affected by family violence, ECLC would love to hear from you. Submit your resume and a cover letter addressing the skills required to cv@ngorecruitment.com or contact Kelly Gentle to discuss your interest.
