Director, Operations – Fitzroy Legal Service – VIC

This role is responsible for leading the corporate services function and ensuring FLS has strong operational, governance and risk management practices in place. In close collaboration with others on the Senior Leadership Team, the Director – Operations will play a key role in implementing strategic priorities and keeping the organisation running smoothly so that front-line functions can deliver for the community. This is a hands-on leadership role, moving between strategic and operational levels, and directing and doing work across a broad range of functions.
