Are you driven by a passion for justice for First Nations peoples? Ready to lead a dedicated team in a dynamic and impactful role? Financial Rights Legal Centre is seeking a culturally competent and visionary leader to take on the position of Director of Mob Strong. This is a full-time, two-year fixed term contract. As Director of Mob Strong, you’ll lead a team of five to ten professionals, including solicitors and financial counsellors, in providing crucial support to vulnerable First Nations communities facing financial challenges. Your strategic leadership will not only ensure that Mob Strong Debt Help delivers accessible and effective services but also drives systemic change to benefit our communities. As the Director of Mob Strong you will be responsible for building the leadership capabilities of the Mob Strong Debt Help team, in particular building the capability of First Nations leaders through mentoring, practical coaching and reflective practice.
