Co-Director, Children and Young People’s Rights –Westjustice – Sunshine VIC

As Co-Director, Children and Young People’s Rights (CYPR), you will lead a dynamic team delivering innovative programs, legal services and reform initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead CYPR programs and services, delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes
• Provide expert civil and criminal law advice and support strategic leadership decisions
• Integrate initiatives like TARGET ZERO and Smart Justice for Young People into programs
• Drive systemic reform, community engagement and justice reinvestment projects
• Mentor and develop a high-performing, inclusive team
• Oversee budgets, funding, and stakeholder relationships to ensure sustainable impact
