Senior Lead, Climate Justice – Eastern Community Legal Centre – VIC

The Senior Lead Climate Justice will be an integral leader of the newly established Climate Justice team and be directly responsible for the delivery of key climate resilience, engagement, project and (as circumstances arise) recovery work with local communities impacted or at risk of being impacted by climate-induced extreme weather. The position will work closely with key stakeholders to provide support and information to community members, deliver key funded climate related projects/programs and ensure that legal support and appropriate referral pathways are made accessible for the local community. This exciting role requires a diverse range of skills to support a significant body of climate justice work, with the role in future, responsible for supervision and support of staff members and volunteers.description.
