Administration Officer – Justice and Equity Centre – Sydney NSW

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to section heads and their teams. You will support the smooth operation of departments by managing a range of administrative tasks and coordinating activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • document management ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible
  • finance administration including invoice coding and processing
  • maintaining and updating databases.

You can demonstrate your talent delivering high-quality administrative support in a busy environment. Your attributes include
