Canberra Community Law is a leading not for profit community legal centre in the ACT and its region committed to social justice and human rights. We are seeking a full time Client Services and Intake Officer to join our front office team. This is an excellent opportunity for a person committed to social justice and human rights.
This position is the first point of contact between clients, referrers and CCL. This position provides accessible, efficient and effective triage and intake services to those seeking assistance from the Centre including information provision, initial legal needs identification and risk assessment. The position also provides reception and administration services to our clients and staff. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people with disability are encouraged to apply.
