Working within our dedicated teams, the Paralegal will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal and allied professional teams to provide integrated, trauma informed legal support to our clients.
Under the supervision of the Assistant Principal Solicitor or the Principal Solicitor, the Paralegal will provide practical support to all staff to achieve the objectives of the organisation. We currently have two Paralegal roles available within the organisation – one working specifically within our Working Women’s Centre (WWC) and one within our Temporary Visa Holders Experiencing Family Violence Program (TVP).
This position is advertised relying on an exception in the Anti-Discrimination Act, as a special measure. Accordingly, this position is open to women applicants only.
