Northern Community Legal Centre (NCLC) is seeking an experienced and values-driven Director of Legal Practice (Principal Lawyer) to lead and develop the legal practice and support a dedicated multidisciplinary legal team. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the professional leadership, quality and development of NCLC’s legal services. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with senior lawyers, the Director provides professional supervision and support to the legal team and volunteers, while contributing to NCLC’s broader strategic direction, advocacy, law reform and community impact.
