Financial Rights Legal Centre supports people experiencing financial distress to assert their legal rights and improve their financial circumstances through free legal advice, financial counselling and advocacy. Reporting to the CEO, this executive leadership role is responsible for the organisation’s financial leadership and operational performance across finance, HR, ICT, risk and corporate services. You will provide strategic financial insight, operational leadership and risk advice to support long-term sustainability and organisational effectiveness, while leading a high-performing operations team. You are a senior leader with strong financial management expertise and broader operational capability, bringing experience from either a COO or corporate services environment or a senior finance leadership background. With a collaborative and hands-on leadership style, you are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful social impact and organisational excellence.
