Chief Executive Officer – Central Australian Women’s Legal Service – Alice Springs NT

Central Australian Women’s Legal Service (CAWLS) is seeking an experienced and values-driven chief executive officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and impact. CAWLS is a highly-respected provider of legal, social support, financial capability and community education services for women across Central Australia and the Barkly region. Working closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership, governance oversight and operational management of our multidisciplinary organisation. As CEO, you will:

• Lead the implementation of CAWLS’ strategic vision and objectives
• Support effective governance in partnership with the Board
• Oversee organisational performance, financial sustainability and compliance
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder, community and funding relationships
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture
• Drive innovation, service development and continuous improvement
