
Driving our strategic direction is a community-controlled Management Committee and more than 50% of our staff team who are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women. Our combined lived expertise informs our service delivery. Our priority is to enhance access to justice for First Nations women and to promote change within the justice system in the areas of family law, domestic and family violence, child protection and other civil areas of law. We are based in Townsville and Palm Island but are open to a hybrid or remote working arrangement within Queensland. We can help with relocation for the successful candidate.
