You will be responsible for promoting and help develop the newly created workplace sexual harassment and discrimination (WSHD) practice whilst providing legal assistance to clients. Specifically you will:
Maintain a caseload of complex legal matters
Conduct litigation files and participate in dispute resolution
Work closely with pro bono service providers
Coordinate and deliver legal education, information and outreach services to the community specifically related to WSHD
