Post-admission experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution is essential. Applicants must hold an an unrestricted practising certificate in Victoria with a minimum of five years unsupervised practice for a Senior Lawyer position, or one year unsupervised practice for a Lawyer.

Justice Connect is recruiting for a Senior Lawyer/Lawyer to join the Melbourne Access Program. The role will lead service delivery to self-represented litigants facing financial hardship in the Supreme and Country Courts of Victoria, assist with the delivery of service model improvements and stakeholder engagement to implement evaluation recommendations, and contribute to service delivery and legal practice supervision of services to vulnerable and disadvantaged domestic building consumers and other services delivered by Access Program as needed from time to time.

The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary range of $95 117 per annum for a Senior Lawyer, or $91 098 per annum for a Lawyer level 2 plus 10% superannuation, annual leave loading and generous salary packaging options.
