What the change will look like
On Monday 19 July we will be sending your Centre an email with new login details – these details will be connected to your Centre’s general email account.
For example, at CLCs Australia, our login details might look like this:
- Username: firstname.lastname@example.org
- A one-time link to set the password for your Centre
Why the change?
This change will help solve many issues when trying to view Members-only information on our website. It will also mean that if you forget your password, you can reset it at any time.
How will I log in to the Members’ Portal?
You will still be able to log into the Members portal by clicking on the “Members’ Portal” button on the main website, you will just need to use your new details which will be emailed on Monday 19 July
Will there only be one login per Centre?
Yes. Centres will receive one login and password.
How will I be able to reset my own password if I forget?
If you have forgotten your password, click “Reset your password” as shown below.
Enter your Centre’s email address and press submit. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
