The Strata Solicitor will provide high-quality legal information, referrals, advice and casework assistance to older people across NSW with strata or strata-related issues. The majority of the legal assistance will be directed towards clients that are socially and/or economically disadvantaged. This role may also assist with other legal issues and matters as required. This role will work effectively as a collaborative team member with staff, volunteers and law students (including the supervision of those volunteers and students) and present community legal education sessions. Seniors Rights Service operates in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires flexibility, adaptability and initiative as well as excellent organisation and critical thinking skills.
