If you’re a lawyer or senior lawyer with litigation or complex legal campaigning experience, this is a unique opportunity to make an important difference in mitigating the climate crisis. EJA is seeking a senior lawyer or lawyer to work on climate litigation, legal research and legal advocacy (full time or 0.8EFT, ongoing). You’ll join a high-impact, dedicated team of climate action lawyers with corporate accountability, human rights, public and consumer law expertise. You must be admitted to practice in Australia with at least five years (for senior lawyer role) or three years (for lawyer role) of post-graduation experience working on litigation or legal campaigning in Australia in the area of corporate accountability or environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) law, or public/administrative law (including human rights law).
