The Safety and Wellbeing Caseworker (SWC) will deliver client-focused crisis support and short- to medium-term case management for individuals affected by domestic and family violence. Key responsibilities include creating case plans, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety strategies, and linking clients with appropriate resources and services to address their immediate and longer-term needs. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners, provide secondary consultations to enhance practice responses, and ensure services are inclusive and culturally appropriate. Additional duties include providing outreach support, advocating for clients, participating in stakeholder meetings, and contributing to policy development and community education programs.
