Principal Lawyer – Justice Connect – Melbourne or Sydney

  • Ensure that help-seekers experience a timely, human-centered, and expert-led response when they reach out or are referred for legal assistance
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and legal supervision of referrals and Justice Connect Answers (an online legal advice practice)
  • Support service transformation, driven by data and embedding digital solutions that improve triage quality, reduce delays and expand community access to more legal help
  • Develop a team culture of continuous learning and reflective of Justice Connect values
