The Chief Executive Officer is a high-profile, national role that reports to the to the Board of knowmore. The CEO will lead a talented, passionate and committed team of lawyers, social workers/counsellors, financial counsellors and Aboriginal engagement staff to deliver culturally-appropriate and safe services to survivors of sexual abuse. The CEO is responsible for leading the overall implementation of knowmore’s strategic and operational objectives, representing knowmore externally and for cultural and team leadership. It’s a job for a highly-experienced leader, with a strong commitment to social justice and extensive experience delivering trauma-informed services and programs, ideally within a community or public legal setting or similar. You will be an effective communicator, collaborative in your style and approach, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders. As a leader you will be kind and supportive, able to inspire and motivate a passionate and committed team.
