Childcare

When you register, you can tell us if you’ll need childcare during the Conference. We’ll be in touch to discuss the service we can offer and cost once we’ve processed your registration. Places will be limited and offered on a first-in-first-served basis. Fees for this service will be heavily subsidised.  

Fee subsidies for member centre staff

The application process for subsidies has now closed.

Payment

You can pay online with a credit card when you register or via electronic funds transfer (EFT) after you register.  

To pay via EFT, complete your registration online and we will email you an invoice with bank details. Once we have processed your registration, we will email you a payment receipt. All payments must be received before the Conference. 

Note: if you choose to pay by EFT, you must register and pay by 17 February 2023 to receive the early-bird rate. If you register before 17 February but pay after this date, you will be charged the standard rate for your conference tickets.

Changes and cancellations

You can add Hotel Grand Chancellor room bookings, network meetings, masterclasses, and social events to your National Conference 2023 registration at any time via the link provided in the email confirming your initial conference registration. Once you have paid for conference registration and events, you can only cancel your attendance by applying to Think Business Events (Conference Organiser) as set out below, noting the cancellation terms.

Please read the Cancellation of Registration by the Delegate section in our Terms and Conditions for further details, cancellation fees, and cut-off dates.

For room bookings made through the National Conference 2023 registration site, no refunds will be offered for cancellations made within 90 days of the event. Please check the details carefully before adding a room booking to your conference registration.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include any insurance cover. Delegates should take out appropriate health and travel insurance before travelling. The Conference Organiser and Community Legal Centres Australia do not take any responsibility for delegates failing to insure.
