Previously known as: CA5 - Services by Funding Category

Purpose: S05 shows different types of Services delivered (Discrete Services, Representation Services, and Community Project Services) under selexted funding categories.

The columns show:

  • Discrete Services
    • Information
    • Referral
    • Legal Advice
    • Non-Legal Support* (this includes discrete and ongoing)
    • Legal Task
    • Facilitated Resolution Process
    • Duty Lawyer Service
  • Representation Services
    • Total of all Representation Services - Open at Start, Opened During Period and Closed During Period
    • Dispute Resolution - Open at Start, Opened During Period and Closed During Period
    • Court / Tribunal - Open at Start, Opened During Period and Closed During Period
    • Other Representation - Open at Start, Opened During Period and Closed During Period
  • Community Project Services
    • Community Legal Education - Resources 
    • Community Legal Education - Activities
    • Law & Legal Service Reform

The rows show:

  • Selected Funding Categories from the filter panel, including custom or level 3 funding categories (set up for a specific centre) 
  • Total count of all services under all of the selected funding categories.

Notes

The following should be considered when analysing this report

  • This report is a service count. There may be multiple services per client relevant in this report.
  • Non Legal Support include both Ongoing and Discrete.
  • Referrals can be made as a stand alone service or as part of another service, as seen in the screenshots below. Total number of referrals in reports equals the amount of selected options in the Referral To (Simple or Facilitated) fields of all services that were delivered in the reporting period . Numbers will now also include the amount of standalone referral services without anything specified in the Referral To (Simple or Facilitated) fields. This report counts each referral by combining Simple and Facilitated Referrals. Future reports will distinguish between these types.

    From a new intake, one can make referral as a standalone service.


    One can also select a different service type, such as Legal Advice, and put down information for simple or facilitated referral performed as part of another service. For example, on a Legal Advice you may select 2 organisations in the Referral To (Simple) field, and 1 organisation in the Referral To (Facilitated) field. This is considered as 3 referrals.
