How to get CLASS as a Desktop web app on your machine (its a bit like having a standalone application of CLASS or desktop icon).
Please follow the steps below as you are only 4-5 mouse clicks then you can get the snazzy icon into your taskbar for a fresh new year!

To get the Advanced shortcut through Chrome please:
- Open Google Chrome on your machine, Go to the website https://centre.classlaw.org.au
- Look for the 3 vertical dots “⋮” on the top right of the browser
- Select More Tools
- Now Pick Create Shortcut

- Now if desired shorten the name but make sure "Open in new Window is ticked"

- You can now find this on your machine i.e. via the Windows key or start menu or under your programs. You have CLASS as an Advanced Shortcut (Webapp shortcut)!

If you prefer Edge the steps to get CLASS as an Advanced Shortcut (Like a Standalone app in its own window i.e. Like Microsoft Word) follow the steps below:
- Open Microsoft Edge Browser and go to https://centre.classlaw.org.au
- Click on the 3 horizontal dots "..." on the top right of the screen
- Choose Apps from the drop down
- Choose Install CLASS as its own app

- Now pick install and choose the options you like such as pinning to desktop, start menu etc..
- If you press the Windows Key you should see CLASS is available as an option you can also pin this to your task bar like a normal program by right clicking and picking pin!


- You can now find the "CLASS APP" or shortcut under you start menu or just on your machine in general as a program, hopefully this increases your productivity!
To get an advanced shortcut on a Mac, you'll need to use Google Chrome.
- Open Google Chrome on your machine (this won't work on incognito mode), Go to the website https://centre.classlaw.org.au
- Look for the 3 vertical dots “⋮” on the top right of the browser
- Select More Tools
- Now Pick Create Shortcut
Now you might want to shorten the name, but make sure that 'Open as a window' is ticked.
Now all you need to do is right-click on the icon in your dock (ctrl+click will also work) and select 'Keep in Dock'.
Now the icon should remain in your dock.
