The Role
You will help shape TALS’ future. You’ll ensure high quality response to the legal and related needs of Tasmania’s Aboriginal communities including:
- Driving strategy and operational management
- Influencing policy development and law reform
- Best practice governance and risk management
- Development and nurturing of sector relationships
- Compliance, funding and reporting requirements
Skills Required
You have significant leadership, management and governance experience with a specialty in Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander services. You have ability to connect with and promote the interests of communities at a national, state and local level, and you have a track record in board reporting, strategy delivery, organisational development, managing funded service models and developing partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
